Two-Bedroom Condos
Condo units are spacious apartments with 1,100 sq. feet (105 sq. meters). Each has two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a queen bed or king and the other with two single beds, two bathrooms ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and private patio with ocean view.

Penthouses
The four spacious penthouses are luxury beachfront living with large ocean view balconies. Penthouses are larger than our regular condos: 1,400 sq. feet. (130m²) and up. Two penthouses, 107 and 108, have private master bedroom balconies so you can sleep to the sound of the sea. All have vaulted ceilings that contribute to the openness that fits the designer quality interiors.

Studios
Ideal for two People. Beach access and full use of Palm Beach Condos/Studios' facilities: pool and lush tropical garden. Enjoy the same famous service from Palm Beach Condos/Studios' staff. Very spacious with 330 sq. feet (31m²) of completely air-conditioned living area. Each has two single beds or a queen and a kitchenette. All are located on the second and third levels with secluded ocean view balconies.
